Powered by Paymentus Corporation, we accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, and eCheck.
Although the City of Norman does NOT charge any fees associated with the credit card/ATM or eCheck purchases, Paymentus, an independent service provider, does charge a convenience fee for each transaction. Prior to committing to making your payment online through Paymentus, you will be presented with the actual conveniencr fee being charged for your transaction. You will be required to acknowledge and accept the calculated convenience fee before proceeding with your payment transaction.
Paymentus fees are as follows: Credit/Debit Cards(up to $500) are $3.00 per payment. eChecks(Up to $10,000) is $0.45 per payment
Many financial institutions offer bill payment services. If you use one of these services, be aware that the bank may be generating a check and mailing it rather than transferring funds electronically, so please allow adequate time to avoide making a late payment.
NOTICE:There will be a $25 charge to your City of Norman account for each returned item.
Other Payment Options
You can pay by telephone by calling our automated customer service number 866-930-0284. PLEASE NOTE: A convenience fee of $3.00 is applied to all credit/debit card payments when paying through the telephone. Using this method you can check your balance as well as make a payment on your account.
If you don't want to worry about "due dates" then you can also sign up for automatic bank drafts and your account will be paid automatically on the date the payment is due.
As always, you can make your payments by check through the mail.
You may also visit our office located at 201-C West Gray. Parking is available on the east side of the building. Our business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Our convienent drive-thru service is located on the west side of the building C.
If you use a third party on-line check service, please enter your account number "Exactly" as shown on your bill, with the DASH ("-") included. Account numbers without the DASH ("-") can delay the processing of your payment.
